Training with both Power and Heart Rate
Direct contact - phone calls, messaging, emails and TrainingPeaks
Adaptive Training - Getting the most out of every athlete, illness, injury and commitments. It is all about finding that balance for individual athletes.
Feedback - conversational feedback on sessions completed, with higher emphasis on race/competition feedback
Strength and Conditioning Plans - Working the whole body as athletes.
Discovering weaknesses and helping change them to strengths.
Video Analysis - Race analysis and training.
Detailed Training Plans - TrainingPeaks
Ciclista
The Rider
£125 per month
Detailed training plans - through TrainingPeaks
Goal setting - could vary from a local race, Strava segment, Sportive or just being fitter and stronger.
Training with both Power and Heart Rate (if available)
Direct contact - messaging, emails and TrainingPeaks.
Adaptive Training - changing/updating training with fluidity to adapt with life, illness and time constraints.
Weekly Feedback - Weekly feedback on potential improvements and successes
JUNIOR PACKAGES
At Forte Coaching we want to help and develop the younger generation of riders. Using our experience we want to allow junior and under 23 riders to have the best opportunities to reach the highest pinnacle of the sport.
