Getting outside and riding your bike is sometimes just what you need. 

But make those training sessions count with some quick bang for your buck sessions to incorporate in to your riding

One of the best sessions is a solid endurance ride. Aiming to stay in your zone 2 for as much of the ride as possible. These rides can very from 2 hours to over 5 hours.

Zone 3 efforts

Riding in Zone 3 improves FTP and fitness. Spend 15 minute to 20 minute blocks throughout a ride. It will help break up the ride and raise your heart rate.
